Main dining room was so poorly run and the food portions were ridiculous. It took forever to get someone to verify what I could order (food allergy) making my entire table wait, food came out cold and tiny portions. We left hungry.

The water slide, etc wasn’t open. The pools were over filled. Didn’t go in.

Entertainment

Definitely needs a professional touch. It’s like a college intern put everything together for their final project before they graduate. The storytelling in the show was not complete. Very unrefined.

Slow service at all the bars. Hit or miss if they had your selection or not. The room attendant was good. Except for when he decided to clean the balcony while we were sleeping. He made a ton of noise and woke us up. It was the first time I had really slept so I was pissed.

Clean, nice, roomy. Very uncomfortable hard bed. I went numb several times a night.
