Shows were great. Why were there no movies on the screen by the pool? You closed the pool to get ready for the next cruise on our last night?! REALLY?

Shows were great. Everything else was trivia, trivia, trivia..... Ocean Cay was a joke. The bar ran out of glasses at noon! We went back on the boat where we could get something to drink!

A joke. Nothing to do unless you want to lay on the beach. The bar ran out of glasses at noon. Very unorganized. We went back to the ship so we could get something to drink....a joke

We won’t use them again. They overcharged us $1,200 on our cruise in 2020. Kept lying saying our refund was on the way. They never refunded us. They lost our business.

People either love or hate MSC. The three and four day cruises are becoming booze cruises with the cheaper fares that include the drink packages. Try a 7 or more day itinerary for a better experience. Ocean Cay is my favorite private island of all that I have been to.
