Ship tip

Be opened minded, they are an Italian based cruise line and accommodate guests from all over so many announcements are longer as they do them in several languages. The food options are a lot healthy that your typical meals but they taste DELICIOUS!!

I did not book an excursion through the ship and tried to catch a tour at the port from one of the several tour booths. We wanted to see the monkey sanctuary and they told us we’d leave at a certain time. We waited for almost an hour and I kept asking what was going on. She finally said since it was just us 2 who wanted to go and no one else, they find it difficult to take anyone in less than a group of 4. So I asked for my money back and tried one of the others but we wouldn’t make it back in time for the ship since that wasted an hour of our time. We ended up getting lunch and drinks at the Wet Lizard there at the port. Absolutely delicious.
