Review summary

Overall it was a beautiful Cruise ship to be on. I was very disappointed to find out on Thursday that a sick crew member was on board the ship and we were not told until we were turned away from our first port. He had been on board with us since Sunday and we didn't find out until Thursday. We may world news, all of our ports of call we're turning us away. We was at sea for 5 straight days.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The food was not that good.

Jean-Philippe Chocolate & Coffee

5 out of 5

Jean-philippe has very good chocolate candy bars. I like being able to customize my own chocolate bar and they were very good. If you love chocolate you are going to love Jean Philippe.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was nice and clean but the bed was really hard, very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab.

Ship tip

Check behind them to look for extra added fees.

We weren't allowed to get off of the cruise ship in Ocho Rios Jamaica due to having a sick employee on board.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica Did not visit port

Was not allowed to visit the Island. We had a crew member on board with the flu that we were not told about until Thursday morning when Jamaica denied us entry into their country.

George Town, Grand Cayman Did not visit port

We were turned away due to the cruise line having a sick employee on board with the flu.

Cozumel, Mexico

Mexico was was wonderful. They saved our cruise. We were on a voyage to no where for 5 days until Mexico helped us out. They were the only ones willing to look into what the problem was and get to the bottom of it. After careful testing and fan review of all the passengers on the ship we were allowed to get off and visit their country. I am very thankful for the Mexican president if it not been for him we would have not been allowed to get off.

Sounds like you still enjoyed what you did get to do. It is so scary out there. I am sure your next cruise will be great
