Review summary

Disappointing. The ship is beautiful but was very disappointed in the nightlife. Not geared toward Americans at all. Was so excited to cruise with friends and be able to have some fun evenings and there was really nothing that we enjoyed doing. Their dance parties were all foreign music. The DJ really didn’t seem to have a clue what Americans like to listen to. Dining room food wasn’t very good. Ship was beautiful but the activities were disappointing.

Food and Dining

Buffets were good but always the same. Mozzarella was amazing! Dining room food wasn’t great.

Onboard Activities

I thought the activities were sorely lacking. There were no dance clubs like most cruise lines have where you can dance the night away unless you like Latino music. They do not cater to Americans well at all. I wouldn’t do it again.

Entertainment

Cirque de soleil was great. The dj at the dance parties were awful if you were an American wanting to dance to familiar music

Great! Bigger than most cruise lines

Ship tip

Don’t pay for the WiFi package if you have an iPhone. You can iMessage through the ships hotspot for free. And don’t go on this cruise if you like American nightlife

If you know to go outside the tourist trap area to the straw vendors its a cool experience. Did not excursion

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Beautiful to look at from the ship but we were disappointed that all you could do were a few touristy stores. Last time we went to roatan we landed in mahogany bay where there was a beach you could walk to.

Nice place to beach for the day. Prices in shops and market were ridiculously high. Tourist trap. Wish they didn’t make you get out of the water at 5:00. Nice to be able to just be beached for the day. Wouldn’t minded doing it for more than one day.
