Review summary

I am so disappointed in this cruise it was our first cruise and it was awful no communication about why we couldn’t go to Bahamas and we didn’t find out until we embarked on the ship. The food made me sick and they stole our bottles we bought in Mexico just a mess never again will we cruise with MSC

Room service constantly busy none picks up the phone, guest service always a long line and none picks up that phone either! Everyone barely speaks English

Fast and easy but cruise line never returned the bottles we bought in Mexico so we list money on that as well

Sorry for your disappointment, as far as guest services we always go when we are in port as most are off the ship. We wait for the crowd to get off and go before we get off or if we get back on early it’s a good to go.
