After reading many mixed reviews I was hoping to experience the better side of things. Overall we had a very good experience. Getting on board was interesting to say the least thankfully we had purchased an upgraded package and were able to skip a large part of the line. The others I'm sure waited 3 or 4 hours. The check in was not pleasant nothing happy there. Once on board met Robert our room steward, he was awesome always smiling and did a great job he should get a raise. Food over all was good. Buffet was okay but it is a buffet. Main dining room had great service and very tasty. Specialty restaurants were good the Japanese steak house being the best. The dinner with show was very nice good service and great show. Bar areas were less than most ships I missed that aspect hanging having drinks and listening to music I like. We will cruise with MSC again I'm sure.

It was okay for us but others waited for quite a few hours once we made it to the counter to get the room card we were "greeted" by someone that was having a difficult day and was not friendly at all

We had great service Robert our room steward was very friendly and did a great job. Susan and X from casino were great as always. All drink stall I met were very friendly and gave great service. The main dining staff also great.

Go to enjoy and have fun any cruise is what you make it. We had a great time
We had a great stop here we rented a golf cart outside of the port Mayahaul $60 for the day they were super friendly and happy to help we drove into the city to krazy lobster and had great food and service we will go again next trip.
Had a great day did a private tour with MC Tours had a guide went to Rum cake place, Chocolate factory was awesome and had a great seafood meal on the ocean at a local place and really enjoyed our day.
