Cabin steward didn't always clean room very well. Waiters for table would disappear for long spells. We waited anything up to 40 mins for our 1st course. When you trued to discuss a problem they would say "I don't understand".

Looking at the many recent reviews of MSC, you are in the minority. Cruised with them many times. My first one was awful and as listed above, but I believe every one deserves a second chance and since then, they have not disappointed.

Kids pool was never open. Under 3 yr olds play area was only open for very short periods each day.
