You have to pay for too much add on that should be included in the cruise price like other cruise lines. You want get anybody to cruise a second time with you if don't do like the competition.

Maitre d was very rude. When we booked the cruise we were scheduled to dine at 8 pm, but instead Msc had change the dining time to 6pm and wouldn't accommodate us in any fashion.
