Review summary

Staff were so helpful with rebooking tours that got cancelled. The ship holds over 6,000 passengers and there were less than 1,000 passengers on board so there was no waiting for anything.

With so few passengers embarking, the process went very smooth, even with the COVID testing prior to boarding.

Food and Dining

The main dining room food was average. The waiter staff were excellent. The specialty restaurants were above average. The pizza on the buffet was the BEST thing on the ship!

Onboard Activities

The rope bridge and water slide were a lot of fun and free. The F1 racing simulator was fun too. We didn't like having to make reservations for the hot tub and being limited to 20 minutes.

Entertainment

We enjoyed the entertainment at the Masters of the Sea pub. We enjoyed the shows in the theater. We especially enjoyed the dome show every evening.

Ship tip

Take advantage of the specialty restaurant offers. Try the steak in the main dining room menu ($18). It was fantastic. Be aware that you cannot get off the ship unless you are on an MSC excursion. And you are not allowed to buy food or souvenirs from the local vendors.
