MSC Divina is a nicely decorated ship. I wouldn't want to sail on it at full capacity, as the public areas had a tendency to allow people to congregate and feel crowded.

Candidly, if you’ve never cruised before, you’ll probably like MSC. If you’ve done any cruises on RC, Celebrity, or other upper- to premium-level cruise lines, you will likely be disappointed. Also, MSC’s customer service is horrible on the phone, with the exception of the agent I used when I booked the cruise. She was great and very accommodating. She was definitely part of their A-level team. Once you need to make changes, be prepared for long wait lines on the phone and be prepared to deal with CSRs who are rude and/or incompetent. That same comment was echoed by two other members of my traveling party. Website is also glitchy, thus the need to call customer service. Use a travel agent.

there were many europeans on my cruise who i felt were very rude. This cruise line has a lot to learn about how and what americans want on there cruises. The ship itself was hard to navigate.

Infinity Pool area - great place to hang out and the Divina Lounge in the evening to listen to Luis and the Amsterdam Trio

The staircases were beautiful...have never seen anything like it before. The ship was really kept clean and the staff was very friendly.

For the buffet area, it was better to move away from the central area and use the side stations to avoid the crowds.

The dining in the evening is extremely slow, and usually the food arrives cold. Quality of the food is at best mediocre. The one night that lobster was served was much better than the rest of the nights. Entertainment is good, but MSC is not up to American standards overall. We will not go again
