Senior staff are appalling. They pretend not to speak English. We have never encountered such rudeness from Europeans onboard - everyone british, American and Canadian agreed. Even a member of the crew said the same. We had over 1000 children on our ship😱

A very diverse ship! Huge and something for everyone. The kids were so happy in the program they didn’t even want to get off the ship most days. We were very happy to enjoy the ports. The spa is very elegant and relaxing. Our favorite place was the coffee shop in the center of the boat. Enjoyed coffee and snacks every evening and milkshakes for the kids. Limited hours for the water slide was a down side. Our experience with two different cabin stewards was not the normal “warm and friendly” we are used to on other cruise lines. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Food was great! We are American and sailed on a Mediterranean itinerary so trying new things was very fun.

Living the sea is a dream. You go to home with the hope of returning because it is an experience that leaves you so much. Thank you msc divina

The first Dinner was a stress, the rest was very good. The self service station on lunch was crazy, people's hoarding the meal. The breakfast was good and rich. Onboard activities was very good for relaxing. The land excourses was good. Except Palermo. All crew members were friendly and courteous.

Just came off the Divina! What a beautiful ship! The service is the one thing we thought could be better. The pools are all great, the food is okay, the cabin was perfect! The itenary was great. I think MSC gives you great value for your money. I know there are better cruise lines (Celebrity, HAL) but they are in a much higher price league. MSC does a great job!

We had a great first cruise experience. We loved the ship as well as the cruise.

Loved the ship and everything about it. Go for the drinks package, it makes the whole experience more enjoyable as you do not have to keep tabs on your spending.

The best and an awesome cruise ever, won't forget the entertainment crew we met in this cruise,travelled a lot , cruise twice a year but how the crew treated passengers like their own family, inside and outside the ship. They're awesome people. Activities was a blast!!!

Ok cruise not for beginners service slow public areas crowded lots of pushing and shoving

Paid premium for Yacht Club. Not worth it. Food and wine selection was pretty bad.

Although I loved the shows, many improvements would have to be done with regards to the food before I would consider another MSC cruise.

We were a little afraid by reading so many different reviews. Some are very negativ. But we were very surprised. MSC did a really good job in our opinion. We would not hesitate a second to book another cruise with them. Unfortunately I have to say that we met some of the rudest passengers in our cruise history. Some people don’t seem to know how to behave. Queueing seems to some people either strange or they just don’t care about others. But that didn’t ruin our experience.

This was our first cruise so didn’t know what to expect. The ship was stunning, the staff were friendly, the food was lovely. In fact we loved everything about it. We liked it that much we have booked again for next year and we got the same cabin. Can’t wait😊

Have a quick question.. which wld u choose and WHY?? YACHT CLUB # 15011 OR 15010 ?? #10 SAYS IT HAS A DOUBLE PULL OUT COUCH. WHICH MIGHT BE NICE TO HV EVEN THO THERE R ONLY TWO OF US... or wld msc move us if a party of 4 needed a yc suite.? Bc I like to know what suite I have n never worry about being switched. For my first cruise is was phenomenal. The places were amazing, the ship was well maintained and the staff was incredibly helpful The entertainment was amazing All is all I had a really great time and would love to go cruising with MSC again

Enjoyed the trip but would not use the ship again this was our second cruise on Dvina Restaurant food has not improved my Wife is Italian and found the Waiters and Venues Great but the food and choice very limited sorry only 2 stars
