4 nights turned into 6 couldn't wait to get home. Ship didn't have the amount of entertainment some other cruises I've been on.

This cruise line is beyond amazing! I highly recommend MSC. The Captain, staff, and cleanliness were top notch. Checking in and out was so easy and quick. Moving forward I will be cruising with MSC only better than Royal and Carnival by far. Captain Gabrielle you are amazing for keeping us safe through the hurricane.

This was supposed to be a back -to-back 7 day plus a 4 day voyage. We got off after the first seven day cruise due to Hurricane Ian. The Captain gave us the choice of getting off the ship due to no guarantee as to when the ship would get back to port. We will be refunded for the days not taken.

Overall, very nice cruise. Entertainment very much the same almost every night, too many of the same type show of singers and dancers.

Nice ship, this short cruise is used by most passengers as a party event. Having said that, you had groups of friends, large families (extended) a rather happy and loud LGBTQ amount, and also couples and married couples celebrating anniversaries. You had a venue for each. As said, it takes a few days to find out the venue one fits best, but it is there, and am sure that the next trips will be more enjoyable for that reason. Not necessarily a good venue for singles.

The cruise was a wonderful experience. No complaints.

Our first cruise and we will be back! Ocean Cay private island was awesome! Food, Service, Cleanliness, all exceeded expectations. For the price of this cruise, we were very pleased.

This would be one of many cruises I have been on. I honestly can't complain about anything. Boarding was quick , ship ride was great , food was very good , service and attention on board was on point. Ports docked went smooth and easy. disembarking went smooth as well. I'll mention this only because I'm from there. They diverted to Puerto Plata Dominican Republic instead of their private island but, it wasn't their fault. It was due to the storm and it was for everyone's safety. Going to their private Island would have been my first time and we were looking forward to visiting. But, I guess on another occasion we'll go.

Ship even though it was old was beautiful. Entertainment and shows weren’t that good. Coffee shop didn’t stay open enough hours a day.

Thoroughly enjoyed every minute... Lots of surprise's, great staff, entertainers, servers, (everyone was quite pleasing to be around and assisting us in whatever needs to we were asking for). We took our time over the 7 days and evenings to check out the many options you were providing.

Great cruise! Staff as fantastic, food was amazing, (dessert night spread will blow you away), Our server and house keeping was just amazing! Had 3 young kids with us and they did everything they could to accommodate so that we were as comfortable as possible. We have traveled with several cruise lines before and MSC is our favorite.

MSC Divina is a great and beautiful ship. Second time cruising with this ship. Staff are great and things were well managed especially this second time. Great entertainment. Great food and drink options. Cruising hatch club is the best, amenities are great, not crowded, the butlers are very attentive and nice. Overall a great experience and will be going back.

I think the cruise line is great but need to update the DIvina specifically. I would go on another cruse with MSC to see if the issues on this one is the same..holding off judging.

This was a good cruise for a first time. It was not a lot of food options and the information before you board sucks and they didn’t have much about the excursions off the ship

If it’s possible I would like a refund for my drink special that I had I ordered only one I end up with two and I would like a refund because I end up with the wrong room thank you

Terrible food which we were super bummed about. This was our first cruise and everyone always talks about how good the food is on a cruise. The signage was terrible. Providing a map would have been helpful.
