The service staff was very mean inconsiderate and the staff was it was a very shortage of staff

Camera 111690 it was a handicap suite I did not ask for a handicap suite the boat was oversold so I had to stay in that room did not like it at all it was not clean How to ask the service guy every night to clean my room would love a refund

Ship tip

I would not give anyone advice to cruise on MSC until I get a refund of my services charges of my drink package a short should have been one drink package you guys charge me for two drink packages and I had the wrong room

This port was very clean the staff and servers were very mean they was very very short staffed the bathrooms were clean I would recommend this island again

You say confused many times. I just got off divina. Was never confused and if I was it was probably my fault for not reading or paying attention.

If you traveled as a couple you both have to get drink package. It tells you that online.

Sorry your cruise was below expectations. Mine was on MSC also. Best advice is to just move on and choose a different cruise line.

Thanks for the review. I had a great experience with MSC and I’m looking forward to being on the Divina for 19 days in October. It sounds like the reviewer may not have done much research or be very hard to please. Most people would love to have a handicap room since they are generally quite a bit larger. I’m not sure what was confusing about Port Canaveral, since it’s one of the easiest ports to get in and out of.
