We had fast track but were boarding the same time as everyone else, so fast track means nothing. Started boarding as soon as we arrived in port, which was 30 minutes before our allocated time

Went to MDR on our first evening and asked if there was a table for 2 available and the manger was very rude with a blunt No. Never asked for cabin number just in case something would come available! So we ended up going to the buffet every evening. Food was just lukewarm with very limited choice. Pizza was delicious.

Went to the golden jazz bar every evening for name the tune, it was great fun.

Ruth at the cafe bar was the only friendly person, who made sure we had something to drink. They seem to be a shortage of bar staff. Staff not as friendly as other ships we've been on.
Ship Quality

Lovely ship but one of the restrooms only had a very little dribble of water for the whole week of our cruise. Buffet not so clean, tables dirty and cutlery on the floor. Floor not clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was acceptable, dusty shelves in the bathroom and dirty mirror. Bed comfortable.
Ship tip
Book excursions prior to boarding, way cheaper. Get water taxi in Mykonos for €4 return, cheaper than buying tickets of MSC who wanted €8 return.
Did MSC excursion here to Virgin Mary house and Ephesus. We had a great guide, very knowledgeable. But stopped in a carpet place and leather place on the way back, which was a waste of time, not unless you had loads of money to spend!!!!
Did get off ship here, was there before but heard others saying it was crazy busy waiting for the cable cars and a fight broke out due to people skipping the q's.
We were given an allocated time and everything went smoothly. Arrived at the airport 5 hrs before flight departure. We should have been allocated a later time for airport transfer because the option was there. Language barrier was an issue for the above, so we decided to go with what was issued to us.
