Review summary

The worst food and service I have had on a cruise line yet. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and was a huge lapse in communication between everyone. Very disappointed

The main dining was poor. Food had no flavor and our server was sorry. Buffet was good for the most part. Handmade pizza was great.

Our room steward was wonderful. Thanks Carlos. Waiter in main dinning was poor. His assistant did great, he did everything. Much of the other staff was not friendly and acted like they didn't want to be there the entire trip

Like the room and cleanliness of the cabin. The bed was horrible as well as the pillows. We requested extra pillows from guest services for a back issue and were questioned why.

Ship tip

Don't do it or do not expect much. I had the internet package, was not able to connect to it the whole trip.
