Review summary

This cruise had a lot of potential. However, they need to improve the basics that get people out of lines and into fun. The embarkation and debarkation is awful and embarrassing. If we could have got out of line and onto a different cruise without losing our money we would have. On a short cruise the most memorable part was getting on and off the boat.

Priority boarding took an 45 minutes to an hour. They are very disorganized and lack a process to get people on the boat.

Very clean and well kept up. The long lines and slow running elevators are the reason for the okay rating.

The most comfortable bed on any cruise ship. The room was very functional and had plenty of storage.

Ship tip

Be sure to link your credit card and set up your internet before you do anything on the ship. If not you will be in long lines arguing with your spouse.

Felt safe and enjoyed the experience. Great food, drinks, and shopping. With direct communication no aggressive sales bs. Know what you want and what you will pay for it. If you don’t want to negotiate don’t buy from street vendors, go to the shops.
