Review summary

This is my 2nd time on Divina. Staff makes all the difference. It's clear they don't have enough to do what needs to be done.

A confusing process that had me standing in 3 different lines for a very long time. The first time that has ever happened.

My cabin was not clean. My waiter forgot to return my cruise card and I had to hunt him down. My table had chairs pressed against columns that could not be used

Thanks for your feedback. You're right, but their international cruises outside the USA are definitely better. Or next time book the yacht club. Pay more for a better experience. It's unfortunate but that's why so many people book luxury cruises or pay an upcharge to higher levels. But another thing, these cruise lines started back to cruising after the pandemic and didn't have enough help and still don't. Next time you go cruising, ask the staff how long they've been working there. Many only a few weeks and they make it through their contract period which is about 8 months and leave or are terminated. Mostly all the cruise lines are sailing full with not enough staff.
