MSC makes weekend cruising a no-brainer. For the cost of one nice evening out at a restaurant with cocktail, appetizer, entree, wine, dessert, you can have an entire weekend at sea.
Embarkation

I don't know what all those YouTubers are complaining about. It could not have been smoother.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food and drink on cruises are never top notch. But this was solid. The pizza and pasta stood out.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Was a little bummed the main pool, hot tubs, and slide were closed the first day (of a two-day cruise). They reopened it the very next day -- not sure how you shock and prep a pool for instant use, but it was reopened.
Lifeguards need to kick unaccompanied minors out of the hot tubs. Especially when they are DIVING and splashing and kicking.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
I didn't see any shows, but the singers in bars sounded good. And if I am to rate anything, the casino was awesome. Great fun, amazing staff. Reasonable bet levels and table minimums.
Service and Staff

Every single staff member of Divina had a smile on their face every time you saw them. They eagerly greeting you with a smile and hello at every turn.
Ship Quality

Very manageable and understandable layout. Upper decks had several smaller areas for quieter experience. Main pool deck was always fun.
Cabin / Stateroom

Interior, so it was pitch black at night. It was awesome. Slept like a baby! Better sleep than at home even. If you don't like that, bring a night light.
Ship tip
Don't bring children. No one wants to experience them. If you do have to bring them, make sure they behave. That's your responsibility
I didn't even get off the boat. Watched a ton of YouTube videos, asked anyone who'd been there. It's just a bunch of souvenir shops and overpriced restauarants. Nothing to see here.
Totally agree about the kids. I've heard way to meny time mothers telling their kids to leave them alone go bother someone ease she was on vacation. I'm glad you had a good time. Thanks for your review.
