Review summary

Catamaran excursion in Nassau to snorkel was very disappointing. It was the 1245pm group that was for $75 a person on Sat 2/3/24. Crew had to share basic gear (life jackets, snorkel masks) with other boats. No swim fins for feet. Drove hour out of port and they parked (didn't anchor) in causeway area where speed boats pushed whole swimming group far away from boat. Boat had to move to get near swimmers. Staff tried really hard with little resources and poor swim area to park in. Bathroom was overflowing with sewage. I've snorkeled before in many areas and that's the hardest I've ever swam to stay somewhat close to the boat. Smacked by constant speed boat waves driving full throttle.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Lots of water in the floor by drink refill areas. Only water available usually. Out of ice, juice, milk, and other types of drinks on regular basis. Lack of labeled gluten free options and not staff there to ask about where allergy free foods were located.
