Upon embarking, o regard for the people. We had Diamond status and they didn’t care…We waited in line for hours.

I wish I could give it less than one star. We arrived @ 2:00, our designated time and there was a line of over 2,000 people. Their computers were down and they didn’t let anyone on until after 3:00. My husband uses a cane and there were no options for him to sit while waiting hours. There were no signs for Priority Boarding.

Food and menu were both repetitive and awful. Meat and chicken either under or over cooked. Butcher Blick was good. Service in dining room not good. No lunch service in dining room and buffet was too packed to get seating. My husband uses a cane and no crew ever offered assistance.

Rained every day but one so no pool. One sunny day all pool chairs had towels on them with no people.

Room steward was adequate. Breakfast in dr- had a hard time placing order as their English was bad. Service at dinner was barely passable. Never could get water filled or lemon for my water.

It was clean, but hard to get from one venue to the next. Most crew did not speak English and several times we were sent in the wrong direction.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was nice, however it was in the back of the ship. DR and theater were in the front. Very long walks for my husband with a cane.
If you were concerned about where your cabin was due to your husband’s mobility issues you should not take the cheap guaranteed cabin option, pay the extra and pick a specific cabin.
