Review summary

The cruise turned out to be a great disappointment. We didn’t get to the port in the Bahamas or either port. I feel as if they didn’t care after that and just did whatever they liked after we were stuck at seafood for two days orthey didn’t reimburse us for anything and I feel as though I should be reimbursed because I didn’t get a chance to go to Nassau or to the private island, and that’s what I paid for. It seems to me like they had no interest in satisfying us or entertaining us once they realized we couldn’t go to either port due to the weather, I understand that we were still on but that’s not what I paid for. I didn’t pay to be stuck out on the sea for two days. I figured they should’ve been better at preparing for the weather and they should’ve had a better way of entertaining us people than just being lackadaisical frustrated in highly upset. Walking around the shit for two days I feel as if not a reimbursement should be at least half my money sent back to me I’ll give them back to me as a reimbursement or I should get a free cruise in the future with them. Other than that I have nothing great to say about them. I have nothing nice to say about them when we were leaving to depart off the ship, people were cutting in front of the lines and acting all crazy getting ready to fight, and the staff did nothing to prevent it, that is very unprofessional and I’ve been on cruises before and never experienced anything like this. That was the worst cruise I have ever been on and I pray that y’all do something to change how they deal with things I’m done I don’t cause I don’t have anything good to say I’m not a person that likes to say bad things about people, but this cruise was the worst.

Some people on the same ship had a good time. Be thankful the captain put safety first. Cruising may not be for you.

Read your contract. Missed ports can always be a possibility. They do not have to give you money or free cruise. You were fortunate to get $100, they didn't have to do that. Stay on land and find something else to complain about.

I was on the same ship and had a fantastic time. They DID give everyone $100 and they didn't have to as it was weather related. It says right in the paperwork that no port is a guarantee and I for one am glad that the captain took his job seriously and for our safety did not try to get into these ports of call with 80 mph winds and 15 foot waves. If you don't like to be on a ship then maybe you should fly to your destination oh wait the airport's cancelled flights and didn't give anything to the customer, again because it was an act of GOD. My husband and I enjoyed the shows, the awesome food, played cards, spa, walked a lot, slot pull tournament and met some awesome people. Maybe cruising is not for you.
