Review summary

Being Stuck at sea with nasty weather was not an enjoyable vacation felt like MSC did a poor job in making sure passengers were kept happy and entertained. However they did reimbursed passenger’s $100 per person and I called customer service once I was off the ship and received an additional $100 future cruise credit.

The food was not bad however due to the weather and being stuck on the ship for 3 days the buffet was always crowded and they did a poor job refilling some food items. Also if you purchased the drink package keep track of your on board charges they kept adding extra charges for drinks that were already included in the package I purchased.

Onboard Activities

The shows were ok and all the other onboard activities were more of the same repetitive everyday all outside activities got cancelled and moved to all small theater at the back of the ship with limited space. Because of the bad weather pools, waterslides were closed the majority of the time. Felt like MSC did a poor job preparing onboard activities since they knew from the beginning that there was a high probability that we were going to be stuck at sea for the whole sailing.

Total chaos we got in late to port of Miami because of the weather then they kicked everyone out of there cabins and a huge line formed on deck 6 people pushing, arguing and fighting staff did not seem to care. No communication at all from staff as to why it was taking so long to exit the ship 0 announcements took over 3 hours to exit the ship.
