Review summary

This cruise was terrible. They went out to sea knowing about the storm, the ship tracked in a storm the entire time. The boat was constantly rocking heavily, patio furniture going everywhere, drinks and food spilling. Never ported , kept at sea. No port fees were refunded. They gave passengers $100, but didn't refund the actual person who paid for reservations. Late getting into port To get off ship, we were rudely kicked out of cabins, sent with 1000's of people to wait for over 3 hours in lounges and casinos, fights broke out, staff were rude. The worst travel experience ever!!

We got stuck at sea due to weather, the ship stayed with the storm, constantly rocking heavily

Stuck at sea the entire time. They gave cruise passengers $100,rather than crediting the person who paid for the trip. And we didn't get a penny of port fees back even when we never ported

Disembarkation

Terrible, we were 5hrs late getting off ship, kicked out of our rooms, kept like cattle in lounges etc if ship with 1000,s of passengers. There were fights, the crew was short with passengers and rude. Simply the worst travel.

Sorry your experience was so bad. Try another cruise line. They are not all this bad.

There wouldn't be a port fee at Ocean Cay. It's their own island. They don't even have to give you the obc. Be thankful the captain worked to keep you safe. If they hadn't sailed, you would have complained about that. Maybe find other vacation options.
