Review summary
This cruise was terrible. They went out to sea knowing about the storm, the ship tracked in a storm the entire time. The boat was constantly rocking heavily, patio furniture going everywhere, drinks and food spilling. Never ported , kept at sea. No port fees were refunded. They gave passengers $100, but didn't refund the actual person who paid for reservations. Late getting into port To get off ship, we were rudely kicked out of cabins, sent with 1000's of people to wait for over 3 hours in lounges and casinos, fights broke out, staff were rude. The worst travel experience ever!!Embarkation
