Review summary
I recently sailed on the MSC Divina, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The ship itself, although visually appealing, seemed poorly managed and lacked the standards one would expect from a reputed cruise line. Firstly, the cabin was a major letdown. It was cramped and not well-maintained, with evident signs of wear and tear. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food variety was limited and the quality was subpar. The buffet area was always crowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to long waits and a lack of available seating. Entertainment options were lackluster. Day and night time activities were scarce and poorly organized, leaving us with little to do.Customer service was another area where MSC Divina fell short. The staff often seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The ship's layout was confusing, with poor signage, making it easy to get lost. Elevators were slow and crowded, adding to the frustration. Overall, the MSC Divina failed to provide the enjoyable and relaxing experience I was hoping for. The lack of attention to detail, substandard service, and mediocre amenities made it an underwhelming voyage. I would not recommend this cruise to others.Embarkation
