It took 2 hours to embark standing the whole time. They need to make more water available! Food was good. Service was great for the most part. Ship was spotless.

Review summary

We got off to a really bad start. The standing in line to get on the ship for 2 to 2 1/2 hours didn’t leave a very good taste in my mouth. The employees were all very very nice and very friendly. The ship was very clean. The other complaint that I would have is that when you wanted water, it wasn’t readily available, otherwise the experience was a good experience

Appreciate your feedback and enjoyed your cruise in spite of the difficult start.

Glad you enjoyed most of it. The cruise prior to yours visited Colombia. The ships returning after visiting Colombia always seem to be delayed 2 to 3 hours due to closer customs inspections. It’s best to arrive after 2 PM if the previous cruise visited Colombia.
