Review summary

I was impressed by the quality of all aspects of my cruise. The staff always wore a smile, were eager to help and provided excellent customer service! The ship was beautiful and well appointed. Every meal was a culinary experience to be remembered....even at the buffet. I look forward to my next cruise on MSC.

At the Black Crab: Zander and Mary were at our service and made recommendations that were always appreciated and spot on! Aaron was our sommelier and had excellent recommendations! The restaurant manager, Jamal, was always pleasant and welcoming. Antonio, my cabin steward, was always smiling and was very talented at making towel animals! Mariana was so helpful in assisting me to plan the next cruise. It will be in April '23 as my husband and I celebrate our 10th anniversary!! Can't wait!!

Beautiful cabin. Balcony was large enough to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning!
