Review summary

The Food was horrible, many items undercooked or uncooked. They ran out of bannanas on day 2, chocolate milk on day 5, raisins on day 6 and oatmeal on day 7. The dining room manager refused to seat an 82 year old women as she was 3 hours late for her assigned seating time due to their excursion being late. Staff was every rude - EXCEPT the room steward and the entertainment staff. Disembarkation took hours

I've always had great experiences with MSC. Too bad people can't count their blessings that they are fortunate enough to cruise in the first place, but choose complain about everything !

This ship was built in 2011, how can she be outdated in 2012. It must be a typo. Still, I agree it's more of an attitude problem than ship issues.

I've been on the Divina did not have a bad experience I guess I guess cruising is not for you sounds like you need to go camping

People seem to love or hate MSC. I had a great experience on MSC in January and I’m looking forward to cruising on the Divina in October.
