Line was initially really long but mainly because other passengers didn’t have all documents ready to go before coming like they recommend you to in order for everything to go smoothly and quick! Despite it being long it went by quick.

Buffet was okay at best, they served the same food for lunch everyday. Many of the buffet sections were closed the entire time. Not much variety, just hamburgers, pizza and hotdogs for the most part.

Now I was waiting for this! Let me tell you something, this was our first trip with MSC and the service?! IMPECABLE! Everyone and I mean everyone was so attentive and made sure you were okay the entire time. Our dinner was at the black crab and we were met by about 4 people throughout our whole stay. Cresanto, Stephen, Christopher and Cielo the amount of pride they have in their work and serving the passengers is amazing. On Saturday when we spent the whole day at Ocean Cay we passed by the food there about 1pm and Cielo even greeted us by our names! I found that to be amazing simply because there are so many passengers and for her to take a second and acknowledge us by our actually names made us feel like we meant something and were not just another passenger. Cresanto was our waiter for Thursday night and Friday night and he is an angel. We got to meet Stephen and Christopher sadly on our last night there and there were honestly amazing. The overall attentiveness you get is worth any money spent. Our room steward was on top of anything that we needed and would recognize us in the hallway and stop and speak to us. After we got back from Ocean cay (which was amazing in itself) we were so tired we decided to just nap and then head to dinner, I left our water shoes in the shower because they were completely full of sand and said that I would get back to it when I returned. Once I got back I noticed they were completely clean! He went that extra mile and cleaned the sand out of our water shows, put them up to dry properly and then cleaned our shower from any remaining sand. Now that is Service. Honestly I loved everything about this trip and would definitely recommend MSC.

Cabin / Stateroom

We chose a balcony cabin and it was the best decision ever, we were on it everyday at night and it was so relaxing and comforting to hear the water splashing while looking at the stars. We also got engaged on that balcony so it was even more beautiful! The size of the room was good, mattress was good and pillows were nice.
Ship tip
although there’s tons to do on the ship purchase their excursions with them. It’s the best! ASO BRING CASH TO TIP! They charge you a service charge for the employee tip but it honeslty it not much and they deserve so much more! Make sure you activate your cruise card and link your credit card you can make purchases off the ship like at ocean Cay that’s the only way to buy anything there.
We had gotten the water wave excursion but unfortunately during our time slot it was lightening so they canceled it. We were a little bummed out because it cleared up quickly but it was booked for the rest of the day. They refunded our money and we were thankful to know that they cared about our safety and the safety of their staff to cancel due to weather instead of just taking our money. Ocean Cay in itself is beautiful and really well taken care of. We spent the day in the water & got horrible sunburns but we enjoyed every minute of it
