Embarkation

About four stages however the lines moved and it was all in a climate controlled building, no standing outside in the eliments

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food left a little to be desired, however there was always at min two things from the menu at the Black Crab that I really enjoyed. The buffet definitely had something for everyone and was tasty too. Drinks…… please get at min the EasyPlus then let your imagination take you to new heights.

Onboard Activities

Amazing!!!!! Favs were the dance classes and Kareoke

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Amazing nightly shows the performance crew is really talented. Loved the coordinators Patrice and Zarah they were life itself just euphoric. As a BLACK person of CARIBBEAN descent I felt like I was soooo unseen. The music selection at the clubs and parties were Pop and Hispanic. They played 1 dancehall song “jus gimmi di light” by Sean Paul and that’s it. No Reggae, No Soca, No Dancehall, No Afrobeats, not even hip hop it was like black people didn’t have a place here. And on a ship where 30% of patrons are black and at min 35% of the staff is black from the Caribbean and South Africa it was weird. I enjoyed the Salsa classes and Bachata don’t get me wrong “I salsad” the hell out of salsa cuz I’m cultured but by the time it got to 11:30 at night in the club I was sitting disappointed cuz I was ready to bust out my soca waist and some dancehall moves.

Service and Staff

Amazing staff, I was alone and Anthony Kenya became my lentil guy from embarkment to my coffee guy the morning of disembarking, always looking out for me and sharing a smile. Patrice from South Africa OMG just an amazing soul who made me feel like family and is full of energy. Zarah from the Philippines good gracious everybody say energy, Zarah is life itself, I’ll forever drag her for missing my final performance at Kareoke but I love her endlessly….duty called her elsewhere. These three were family, my davina family and I can’t wait to be back to share with them…..and do Zarah’s crazy dance hahaha I miss them

Thank you for taking the time to share your cruise with us. Glad you had a good time. Sorry you didn't get your favorite music. I spent hours on the Lido listening to the steel drums. The Divina is a beautiful ship, and I loved Ocean Cay.
