Review summary

Drove 15 hours with my 10 year old daughter and they would not let us on the ship. I called MSC 5 days before my cruise to make sure I had the covid protocol correct and had everything I needed for my cruise . They informed me my 10 year old only needed a rapid covid test. We get there and they said she has to have a pcr and it’s $175 for her to take it. I also did not know I needed my birth certificate for myself. I had gotten my 10 year olds birth certificate and brought it. They wouldn’t let us board, my daughter was balling crying. Neither cruise.com or MSC will give me my $750 back or book me on another cruise. I took my vacation from work and saved money for this trip, for nothing. I should of just stayed home and burned $750 in the fireplace.
