I'm not sure how to rate this because it wasn't MSC's fault, it was the third party I booked it through. However I give it a 1 star since it involves how I felt on embarkation day. I booked it online and had chosen this particular cruise because it offered me the drink package, wifi, and a balcony room for a certain amount. I booked it, then I called MSC cruise directly to confirm all this a couple weeks before, and they said I had all that. When I got on the ship they said I only have the balcony, no drink package or wifi. So we spent $611 on a drink package that we didn't budget for. And we decided to go without wifi. We are very disappointed

The pools and Jacuzzis are nice, and I really like how many there are. The waterside was fun. The fitness center surprised me how nice the weight machines are in the fitness center.

Great! Our waiter Bagus and assistant waiter Sylvester in the main dining room were amazing! They kept all our drinks topped off, were very professional with their services, and were personable, and very fun to spend the evenings with. Also, the bartenders Jason, and Francisco went above and beyond. They know me by first name liked to know how I'm enjoying my days on the ship and off. And they make the best drinks too! I would really like to see these 4 get something for going above and beyond and helping make this such a wonderful experience

The balcony room has plenty of room. It was nice to have a couch in there next to the window. Bathroom was small, but the layout made it so it didn't feel like it.
Ship tip
If you book through a third party, make sure you have everything in writing.
Easy to get on and off and it's a beautiful place with clear water. It's nice that the drinks and buffet on the island is part of the package on the ship
It was okay. We didn't realize 8am was when we were supposed to head out so we were in a huge rush to pack, but that's our fault, I'm sure they announced it. We just didn't hear. Next time we'll ask someone
