Review summary

They don't know how to be consistent and handle problems. They changed my room without my knowledge, I paid for a particular room. Wanted to upgrade to get a room to my standard from changing my room, had to wait until everyone showed up to see what is available. Didn't call until the next afternoon, but one was available. I accepted but got a phone call back saying the suite didn't have a balcony, said ok let me see it. Never meet to show me the room, called and all of a sudden the room was never available. Just wasted my time. The food, buffet was very limited and not very flavorful, its like eating at a senior center, Pizza was ok. The dinning room food was worse, so bad we just got up and went to the buffet.
