Review summary

MSC needs drastic improvement of their customer service, ship technology (none on Divina), and the internet doesn't work at all. Their crew is super friendly, and the ship is tidy. Overall a great cruise & I will be back again, when I can afford to have no internet access for a few days...

Food was solid, a little bland. Could have used 2 or 3 more choices on the menu for each meal to be honest. The desserts were superb. Best of all the budget cruise lines.

Onboard Activities

Didn't use a ton of these, but karaoke was solid. And the nightclub was a good vibe, but could have used cleaning more often. Ships internet didn't work most of my cruise & MSC wouldn't issue a refund.

The garden bar staff was divine. Literally the reason I will be cruising with MSC again!

HORRIBLE CABIN with paper thin connecting door. Clean and comfy, great steward. But if you're a light sleeper or you like relaxing in your cabin, dont book ANY CONNECTING cabins on this ship.

Don't book into a connecting room under any circumstances.

Commented on your video too yesterday. Definitely agree with the connecting rooms (and add to that smokers literally ruining the serenity of the balcony experience) and customer service. I'd give food 2.5 stars for being super unseasoned. The WiFi was definitely atrocious, but much better on Ocean Cay, which I also agree was awesome.
