Review summary

Worst cruise I’ve ever taken. The ship allowed our booking agent to take over our shore excursion bookings which we had booked ourselves on the MSC web site. None of the tours was satisfactory. At least the food and service were good. I’ll never sail MSC again and I’ll never use iCruise to book again.

Atrium area was gorgeous, but cabin area was shabby.

Noisy cabin located under buffet deck eating area. Smelled musty. Had a water leak in ceiling.

Seems you had some disappointments with some of the ports of call. Typically these tours run smoothly. Unfortunately you were subjected to a few “off days”. AND that noisy cabin, happened to us once. So now, every time we book a cabin, we look at the deck plans of the deck above and below ours to avoid something like this from occurring again. Overall, it seems like you enjoyed the cruise. Even though the Meraviglia is a beautiful ship loaded with wonderful features, our favorite MSC ship is the Divina. Thanks for sharing!

Why blame the ship because of your booking agent....I was on that ship and loved it...some people are incapable of enjoying anything

Oh well...next time check your Room Location on the Ships Map before you book a Cruise/Room. We alway go at least 2 Floors over or under any Public Place like Shops, Bars, Restaurants or Pools. Hopefully lesson learned 😃😃
