Review summary

This was my first cruise and my last. I did not like the fact that to get what I wanted I would have to upgrade for the drinks upgrade for the food. We already paid enough money I did not like that we would have to pay another $62 a day just to get the drinks that we wanted...this upgrade should hav been alot less since we already pd plenty. Getting food at the buffet was tough it was so crowded and the food was crappy

It was very frustrating getting around the ship only a couple elevators went to the floor with the pool and we continuously got lost. Needed a map with the explanation put it inside the room. there were 2 days I had to use a wheelchair...this ship is NOT wheelchair accessible

Extremely small room with small beds with deck was OK it was very small. The bathroom was good size in the shower was nice

Dont do it! Over crowded, crappy buffet and did not feel important

They should have placed a daily planner in your cabin each day for the next day's activities. Sorry this didn't happen for you. I found they had copies in multiple languages in the service area when I was on the Divina.

Don't let this deter you cruising again. I have been on Carnival, Celebrity, and Norwegian, and out of 8 cruises, 2 of them, including this one, have been bad. The other 6 have been outstanding! Try another cruise line

Just got off the Divina. If it had been my first cruise it probably would have been my last. MSC is NOT for me! Don't give up based on MSC as they are the worst I have been on. Try Carnival or Royal before making your decision. We started out on Carnival and are hooked on cruising.

If this was your First Cruise ever, I can understand why you wrote your review the way you did! MSC is not the Best Line to begin with! I've sailed several times with Carnival, before going off and trying someone new! I've done both Divina & the Seaside of MSC. MSC is geared mostly towards European Cruisers! I've seen it first hand, however they are trying to get more like the US Market, the second cruise was on the Seaside and it was much better then my first cruise with MSC! I'm now going to try NCL for the first time, hopefully it's not as bad as what I'm reading! I'll be on the Epic! All ready having mixed reviews about the Epic, but hay 13 days till my cruise with NCL! I would highly recommend trying another cruise line before you write off cruising! Do some reviewing and ask questions on Shipmate, thats why we're here! Best Wishes for Your Next Cruise! Paully52
