This was our first MSC cruise and our travel agent had never been on or any of our friends, so we where guinea pigs! We should have let someone tried it out instead of us! A week of work vacation was used up, unexpected charges and FLL airport was no piece of cake!

Main dining room,after the first night, out was sit yourself! Buffets was the same everyday and wasn't good! French fries and pizza was alright, chocolate cafe was good,didn't find it until the last day! Patricia a waitress at the bar was amazing(5th floor, I think) she talked us into upgrading the drink package to premier,

Jason had to change bed into2 singles as soon as we got there, wash clothes was omitted twice,,,we left the cabin on evening not expecting Jason to come back in the night and I Had left my tablet charging and I was locked out of it because someone had tried the password too many times and it wasn't either of us, I had to wait to get home to fix the problem!!
Very beautiful, toured the beach on a tractor trolley and the lady was very nice and told us all about the island and future plans of it... waited over 30 minutes for a drink and never got waited on at the beach bar,,,,,it was a beautiful day but we had to leave 6 hours earlier do to storm coming in later that day!
Lines and walking with luggage where backed up, we seen where a man had fell and blood running down his leg and an employee did stand over him, offered no help just stared into space
It’s always a good idea to research before booking. MSC is a European cruise line and has different levels of service. Those that book the Yacht Club seem to enjoy it. Many seem to book the cheapest price, then are disappointed when they don’t get the top-level experience.
