Review summary

It ruined my husbands outlook of a cruise. This was his first and he would never go again.

It was not the greatest..the “computers went down”So it was nothing like the past one that I had experienced.

The food was the worst I’ve ever had. Everyone that we spoke to said the same. The Buffett was the same every night with little choices and poor quality. The service was terrible. We actually ordered room service 2/3 nights because of the quality in the restaurants and the amount of people. Which they always forgot something.

Onboard Activities

Pools were nice. Not too crowded. The adult area was not adults. People brought their children and no one said anything. Casino was good. Small but antiquate.

The ship itself was beautiful. Only they cleaned at night vacuuming the halls.

Disembarkation

It was awful. I waited in line on 5 when and employee pulled me out of line and said go up to 6 there is no line. When I got up there, there was a line in fact and only one worker. After all of that we tried getting off the ship and the sent me back to finalize my bill when I had just done that! It was not the greatest experience.

I sailed Divina December 17-29, purchased the Fantasia experience and had a very good time. There were several areas of the ship I didn’t have time to explore but plan to book again soon. So to hear your experience was not positive.

Did you book the cheapest option? It seems many purchase the cheapest option and are disappointed. Those that purchase the Yacht Club level seem the most satisfied. As far as debarkation issues, it’s always best to do self-debarkation and take your own luggage. That way you will be in one of the first groups off the ship, will be through Customs with little wait and not have to search for your luggage.
