Review summary

This was my first cruise so it was all new to me. I thought the ship had a lot of diversity to it with a great selection of things to do. A beautiful ship. Food was great. Everyone was very pleasant. Always a smile and willing to help. Didn’t see a category for internet but it was very poor. Needs improvement.

Very good. Dinners were excellent. Buffet was great with lots of choices. Sneayder was very polite.

Black Crab Restaurant

Excellent. Food was excellent. Waiter Jhan Carlos was great. Also Clever. Both should receive top ratings. And Sneayder the greeter was great. Always had a smile and time to chat.

Went to several and enjoyed them. The ship crew night was excellent. So much talent.

We must have had the best on the ship. Waiter Jhan Carlos was excellent. Very polite. As was Clever. Enjoyed them both. Jessie did an excellent job. Very friendly and room was always neat and clean.

Very comfortable. Size was somewhat small, but had everything we needed. Very clean. Jesse was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed and our room was always clean.

Thanks for the positive review. I will try not to compare MSC Divina to my other cruise and try to judge my upcoming cruise at face value.

Glad you enjoyed it. I have seen several negative reviews recently saying “terrible food, terrible service, never again,” etc. It’s amazing how people can experience the same exact cruise so differently. It seems to be more the attitude of the reviewer than the actual experience. We have never had what I would consider a bad cruise.
