Itinerary was great. price was great, but that’s where it ended. The most uncaring unprofessional crew I’ve ever encountered except for cabin steward. I sincerely think they will fail in the America market. They cater to Europeans especially Italian German and Spaniards. Just my honest opinion and I did not let it cause me to dislike our time onboard. You make your own vacation , sometimes people can make it better or worse
Embarkation
2 out of 5
No communication with ship and port. Promised Status Match, Diamond Plus on Royal Carribean, but stood in line with all others. Not being a snob, but not what we were expecting
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Buffet was fine for a Buffet
The fish on the ship at dinner was excellent as well as the Pheasant dinner
Waiter was so so as English was his third language and sometimes the orders were not correct.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
3 out of 5
Same cast for 11 days can get a little long in the tooth
Italian ship equals Italian entertainment
Some variety would have gone a long way
Service and Staff
1 out of 5
Room Steward was best I’ve had in a long time (we have over 50 cruises)
That is where it ends. Loyalty Ambassador was a complete jerk and snob. Look down on the Dirty Americans with distain. Smiles as he tell you to go fuck yourself
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Beautiful ship but won’t last in the US market. I’ll never return and I’ll tell anyone within shouting distance the same
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Nice balcony cabin
Outside panel banged but a daily planner folded up did the trick to stop the noise
Ship tip
No tissues. No free ice cream. No TV. Don’t plan on having a chair if you go for a dip in the pool or get up to dance. Someone will keep it warm for you
Saw a Chinese jump line and a fight broke out. 10 minutes later another swearing fest began at the early walk off. I understand people need to catch flights but the crew did nothing to help smooth the debarcation process
