Embarkation

Slow but we seemed to have arrived at a time when everyone else did too!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The Villa Rose and Black Crab had great food and excellent wait staff

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The Gym was great, the other activities could use improvement. Went twice to the "Make and Create" first time was to make a picture frame from cardboard and construction paper. Second time was to make a stemmed flower using a sheet of white typing paper and 3 colors of crepe paper. The instructor the second time did no know what she was doing. She had a video but did not let us watch it. Seemed uneducated in crafts and did not seem to care.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The nightly theater shows could have been better unless you like Opera. The acrobats were Great. They never changed the stage back drop. Just had stairs with lights every night.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
First our room Steward Gerald was great! Gave 110%. Our dinning room was Villa Rose and our waiter was Abdi with assistant waiter Jatin. Both we absolutely fantastic. Always doing everything they could to please us, and make our cruise great. We had breakfast and lunch in the Black Crab and our waiter was Dewa and assistant waiter Earnest, we truly fell in love with them. Always going above and beyond to make our meals great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
One problem is the way they have the entrance to the Villa Rosa Dinning room is that it can only be reached by going all the way to the last elevator and going down to the 6th floor. Can not get there walking across the 5th or 6th floor. Did not understand why they made it so hard to access?

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Bigger than I thought it was going to be, Had many shelves, drawers and 3 large closets. A nice desk and two over sized stuffed chairs with a small table. We had 3 in this cabin using to twin beds and a bunk. Lots of room and great view.

Ship tip

The ship was beautiful, room big, food great and ports of call nice.

A work in progress. I believe we were the second cruise ship to dock there. I look forward to returning to see how it changes and grows. The evening light show was great. Beaches wonderful, all easy to walk to or catch the tractor pulled trolley.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Well organized and all went smooth. We were the second group to disembark. So our wait time was only about 15 minutes.
