First timer on MSC. No compelling reason not to use them again. Loved the itenerary.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining was crowded but we managed and never went hungry. Did not try specialty restaurants. Buffet was more than adequate however there was much congestion at the coffee and juice dispensing.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Pools were very nice but very crowded. Wish there was a fair process to allow all passengers to get chairs and loungers. Music and MC was always too loud around pool.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Only advise would maybe provide a playbill so that when the performers are performing in other languages the passengers could understand the performance a bit better.
Children's Programs
Did not have children with me so I didn't experince any children activty.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Many under experienced (first timers) workers overwhelmed by the amount of work they had to complete. (Mainly dining room) Room steward was great.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
I found that it compared to other cruise lines that we have been on. A little cramped in dinning areas but all have been that way. Common areas were maintained well.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Only one issue, that being, a loud sliding door to the balcony that was fixed within a couple days. The cabin is showing some wear on the couch arms and cushons. The carpet is also showing some wear. Matress and pillows worked out very nice. Nice TV but only two movies in 11 days seemed strange. A seperate chanel for intruduction of the officers and staff would be nice.
Ship tip
Be prepared for a culture diverse adventure. Foods, people behavior, entertainment.
No excursions. What takes this port to excellent rating is our taxi driver. Provided us with an educational narrated tour of our ride to a secluded local beach. Best tasting banana daiquiri ever.
No excursions. Great stop. A lot of beach area, plenty of loungers, unbrellas, floating devices and shopping. Bars / food trucks and and buffet was great.
