Bland and uneventful. The buffet is better than the Main dinning room. We were forced to late dinner which started way late every night!

Terrible! Always late to start and in the wrong size venue to accommodate guests! The staff was very unorganized and unenuthiastic.

The stage shows were PHENOMENAL! LaTraviota brought tears to my eyes. This is why MSC doesn’t get all low stars from me.

Service and Staff

Lazy and rude. The bar staff are the only semi friendly staff. The guest services was atrocious! The casino staff, worse. We were docked in Bermuda for a few days and the ship just went dead. No real activities at night which sucked because the island shuts down at 6 and the Carnival ship behind us was BOOMING!

The room was awesome as we had an aft Juliet balancing for the price of an interior. The bed was garbage though. Our neighbor actual fell through his bed. It’s pallets with a mattress.

Ship tip

If the price is right and going were you want to go, book it. Just understand the crew is very stand offish (unless you are yacht club level). The food is bland and the ship is boring, but beautiful. It’s a total hit or miss.

Its fine - but tk note ... ur cruise on the divina was not recently at all. Alot can change with diff crew's n captain. We went last jan was amazing crew n such . So trying again this jan. Happy traveling on cruises shipmate friends

I thought i was the only one with these feelings about the MSC Devina. Give me Carnival or Royal Caribbean any day!
