Review summary
This was my fifth cruise with MSC. There are people who don't enjoy this line, and that's fine, but there are several reasons to give them a try. Divina is a beautiful ship, well laid out, and one of the cleanest I've been on. (This was my 35th cruise.) The entertainment is varied and almost nonstop every evening. They even do an opera one afternoon. Overall value is excellent with fares typically lower than other lines. Drink prices are much lower than Royal and Celebrity. Every day from noon until midnight the wine bar offers a mini wine tasting of three generous pours along with a plate of appetizers for $9.90. For a fee you can learn to blend your own wine that you can name and buy bottles to take home. These make excellent gifts. The food is comparable to others lines with the exception of really good pasta options and fresh pizza since this is an Italian line. Things that irk the detractors include a clunky website, long waits for reaching an agent on the phone, and they do announcements in multiple languages.

Ship tip
The Garden Bar on the open rear deck is a great place for sail-away.
