Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Pizza was great! And available all most all the time. Buffett was about what you would expect in taste and qaulity would have like a little more verity for breakfast. The dianning room, which I only ate at for dinner, was hit or miss but usually under salted. I was a little disappointed but nothing was bad just boring. Drink: I was not a fan of the token system as some, read more interesting, drinks we're exluded. Also menus we're limited...they would make you a drink if you new what to ask for....but some of the bar tenders we're not good with drinks not off the menu. But if you like mojitos you could get a good one from any bar.

Onboard Activities

So because of issues with my kid I did not get to do a lot of these things but there were lots of things schedule and they looked like fun.

Entertainment

Did not get to any of the shows

Children's Programs

I want to rate this higher because I don't think it was the staffs' falt but it was still an issues and a disappointment. Our child is 3 and a big reason we picked this curise line was because the had a kids program for kids that young. From the genreal discription of the kids program I thought kids would be separated into different activities based on age....thuse also making smaller groups...this would make sense with 3-5 year olds. That is not what happened all of the kids under 12 were kept together and did the same activities. This made it loud, there were 20 plus kids at times, and lots of trasiton from changed activities to changes in location. I had wrongly assumed that my kid would be kept in the kids play room with other kid her age where they would play and do some crafts etc. This would have alowwed her to ajust to the space and people and get comfortable. Because that's not what happened she was constantly stressed and crying....we had to pick her up early every time we dropped her off for a short while....our kid loves day care at home and will even be happy if she has to stay late. I know the kids care can't craft something special just for us, but it felt like most of the activities would be better for 6-8 year olds.

Beautiful!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Did not get a five because of the mattress. Larger then I expected...looked nice and was clean. My mattress was slightly old, I assume, they do not use mattress protectors just a sheet and the fabrick on top of the mattress had started to pill creating a texture that felt like sand or bugs if you move to much while laying in it.😮

Ship tip

Great trip go with slightly older kids
