Review summary

Overall I enjoyed the cruise and boat. I would highly recommend MSC as a cruise line. It was my first cruise and went with my best friend. It was a lot of fun.

Embarkation

It was good. One minor thing. We got out of an uber and some guy grabs our bags and throws them on a cart and says "and this is where you tip me", it was super awkward.

The food options in the buffet and food in the dining rooms were really good. The only thing is that most of the food was never actually hot, It was just warm.

It was vey good. Staff kept it very clean.

Ship tip

It was impressively multicultural. It was wonderful being exposed to do many walks of life but English speaking people were defintely the minority. It was difficult to carry on conversations and meet people.

The environment is green, lush and pretty. However the country seemed dirty and in shambles. The people were borderline harrassing to buy. Wouldn't plan on going back.

Not much to do at port. Public beach was small and broken glass EVERYWHERE in the sand. Didn't feel safe walking around without shoes. Should have gone to paradise island.

Disembarkation

Took the express checkout between 630-730, however we didn't start disembarking until 715, so we stood in line for an hour.
