Review summary

We cruise at least 4 times a year but will not sail with MSC unless improvements are made. Was going to go on the Seaside next year but we were not allowed to view a Yacht Club cabin for that cruise unless we were going to upgrade immediately . Terrible customer relations.

Carried bags off. Unorganized. No one around to tell you what was going on. They didn't have special lounge area for suites or Black card members.

That makes no sense. Since the ship is still under construction there are only renderings and sample cabin photos on line so how could you see the actual cabin even if you booked it now.

Loved the ship the food and most of MSC people , but there customer service is a bit lacking , our server, room steward and quite a few others were great, but I almost punched one jerk,

not sure how you would be able to see the cabins as it doesn't launch until December. There are room plans and cgi available on the MSC website though

You may be able to see pics on cruisedeckplans.com. They have pics of most ships/rooms. They even have details on the ship (age, refurb dates,etc.). That is pretty sad about the high pressure sales tactics. It may have been that person and not the line. If you really like them I’d look further into it.
