With the exception of Jamaica the ports were pretty fun. We were a bit dissapointed that we didnt hit the more popular ports. The ship was a relaxing low key experience. The room was too hot to sleep in.
Embarkation

My embarkation wasvery quick and easy. Their procedure of adhering to an appointment time makes for an extremely short wait and a fast trip onto the ship.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Did not get the chance to sample any specialty restaurants. I mainly ate dinner at the Black crab. The black crab can create some wonderful beef dishes. The steak( filet or ribeye), short ribs, & osobucowere wnderful. But, the seafood, risotto or even the vegetable side dishes were bland and over cooked ( and I personally hate overcooked fish and asparagus). Another gripe would be the confusing snake that is the buffet. The omelets and french toast are amazing if you can find them. A few sign showing what direction things lie would be helpful. Oh yeah and a few more clean carrying trays.
We went through a travel site and I personally calledMSC and the site for clarification of a few things including the 12 free drink vouchers. When I spoke to reps it was relayed to us that we got new drink vouchers daily. This was the deciding factor for choosing MSC instead of Carnival. If we would have known that it wasnt daily we would have chosen Carnival.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Tried to participate a in quite a few activities. Gameshows and board or card games were easy to join wether on time or a little late. Unfotunately, we tried for a Italian and chinese language lesson. We arrived ten minutes into Italian and they had canceled both due to noone showing up on time.
Entertainment

The musicians were incredibly good especially in the Black and White lounge.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff was one of the best things about this trip. They were so accomadating especially one Jamaican bartender on deck six by the the Black Crab. I wrote his name down but lost it on the trip home. He explained how to get around the ship, how to get around on port which onboard bars were open at specific times. This guy went out of his way to be helpful and enhance our trip.
Ship Quality

The ship was extremely clean but a little confusing to get around from floor to floor
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
The room was very clean and quiet. The beds and couch were so comfortable and the views were spectacular. Unfortunately we could not sleep bacause its was abit too warm. We brought a weather thermastat to gauge the temp on port. It was always 72-78 degrees inside our room. This meant that in some ports it was only 5 degrees cooler in our cabin then outside. We asked for a remedy at guest services twice and twice they said they were going to fix the problem. It was never fixed
Ship tip
Get a premium drink package. The price of top shelf is insane and to buy your drinks as you go leaves you with a tab that is almost the same as the package price for just that casual coctail drinker.
We adjusted the temperature settings from cool (days) to a little warmer for evenings. Gas no problems. Liked the way the lights came in with the room key and that the room stewart knew when the room was occupied .
