Review summary

I would have given this trip a four star for bad restaurant service of beverages and breads, but sleeping on smelly pillows (sweat smelling) every night was horrible! I asked three nights in a row, for different pillows, and was told by steward that his supervisor said there was no more pillows. The sheets were so old that they had this knotty feel to them. I have been on many cruises and have never had a problem like this. I will never sail with MSC again. That said, the Michael Jackson tribute was excellent.

I noticed that with the sheets and when I looked closer, it was the top of the mattress and not the sheets. No mattress topper was used. I was so tired by the end of my night, that it didn't matter!

I going on the Divina for the second time in 2 weeks and I had none of that nonsense. The ship is only 4 years old . What is bad restaurant service of beverages and breads? Did someone eat one of your rolls ?

Oh boy, this will be our first cruise ever and I am a germ a fob when it comes to bedding. I guess I will pack pillows and sheets.

Sorry to hear this- I will be cruising Divina for the first time Oct 15. I have read some good and bad reviews. Hope I will be pleased on our cruise.
