This was my first time traveling on The MSC Divina and it will be my last. Customer service was not very friendly, the food was Horrible tasting and cold.

I think they need more entertainment. one show @ 8:45 pm that last about an hour.

They only made the beds. the didn't take out any cups, plates or anything else out the room and they didn't change the sheets.
